Purchase of old boards

Wooden boards made of soft wood are always the cheapest solution available on the market, which is optimum for most applications and, given proper operation of the production plant and thorough maintenance of the board in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, a solution with the best price to useful life ratio, which translates directly into lower unit cost of manufacture per 1 m2 of a product.

Nevertheless, even in case of wooden boards, replacement of some or all boards in the cycle of a production line is connected with huge investment, and the old boards stored after replacement at a yard occupy the space for storage of products and generate costs of their disposal.

To satisfy the needs of our customers from EU, we offer purchase of old production boards after the period of their exploitation under attractive terms and conditions (prepayment 100%, we cover the costs of collection). Such a solution allows to recover some of the funds invested in purchase of new boards and solve the problem connected with the necessity to dispose of the old boards.

The most beneficial option is to purchase new boards and simultaneously resell the old ones, which allows us to reduce the costs of transport, and this to offer the most attractive purchase price of the new boards.

Impregnation

The boards delivered to the customer are initially impregnated, but in order to exploit them properly and maintain their useful life as long as possible, continuous impregnation in the production process is required.
For the purpose of impregnation of wooden boards we offer FAZE 3 - a ready-made impregnate based on natural and synthetic raw materials.

Properties of FAZE 3 impregnate:
- it is odourless
- it penetrates the surface of wood and impregnates the board
- it prevents the concrete from adhering to the wood
- it prevents tearing out the wood fibres from the boa
- it prevents the concrete products from drying up by preventing infiltration of water from the product into the board
- it reduces wear and tear and extends useful life of the board

FAZE 3 may also be used as a release agent for steel moulds and formworks.

Spraying

In order to prevent drying up of the boards, adhesion of concrete and tearing out wood fibres as well as warping of the boards, after they are placed in a production line it is necessary to impregnate them with each cycle with FAZE 3, ensure thorough cleaning of the surface with a brush and turn by 180° in order to ensure even moisturisation of the working surface.

For the manufacturers of dry cast products who do not have a moisturising device in their production line, we offer execution and delivery of a spraying unit for application of FAZE 3 on the boards and continuous deliveries of the impregnate in rented containers.
